On a daily basis we treat people who suffer with sore, swollen or painful feet or ankles when running or after running, or have picked up a specific foot or ankle injury in whatever sport they are participating in.  For others the pain develops in the toes, instep, or heel when running or playing sport.

We have treated many athletes and sports lovers, amateurs and professionals, who require treatment for a range of sports injuries in the foot and ankle, such as Achilles tendonitis, Achilles tendinopathy, Plantar fasciitis, ankle ligament injuries or damage, ankle instability, and bursitis, to name a few.

If you are frustrated by your injury we understand.  We help people like you every day.  We are committed to helping you get better and staying that way!

From a simple running ankle injury to a complex chronic condition, we can help.

MONITORING

We monitor closely your progress to ensure the best outcome. Our podiatrists also have weekly clinical case meetings to discuss cases, where relevant. We also strengthen the relevant structures to minimise the chances of the problem recurring. We are focused on long term solutions solving the cause of the problem, rather than quick fixes to just mask the pain in the short term.

Arrived at the clinic with two swollen ankles due to sport injuries. After 4 appointments and professional treatment I can now walk without any pain and all and the swelling has disappeared. I cannot thank this team enough. If you have problems with ankles don’t hesitate get in touch with the Foot & Ankle Clinic and let them work their magic on you also! Highly recommend! Thank you so much.

I approached the foot clinic with arthritic pain in my big toe joint, which was very painful and restricted walking and playing golf. I was prescribed a pair of orthotic insoles to isolate the joint. My treatment was very thorough and I had 3D scan of my feet and several follow up appointments to check on my progress. The insoles have made a huge difference and although I still have a small amount of discomfort it is manageable. the staff are very helpful and I would recommend the foot clinic to anyone.

Great service from professional experienced staff. I no longer have issues with my foot, and the stretching exercises have shown I have tight calves, which the exercises help greatly, with the added bonus of improving my running! I’m very grateful for such a professional service that cured my issue, allowing me to get back to normal very quickly.

None.  But a variety of terms are used to describe the work that we do by different people, hence why we use them all.
